Thanks again @Chrisee for your help.
Looks like my Sky Router is doing everything correctly and pointing at the right Region and I may be blaming the router, when the cause is probably by the third party platform.
I'll conclude here by thanking everyone who has responded to my part of the thread and hope this Region issue with our Routers has been corrected by Sky - hence the drop in follow ups.
