Linksys Velop Micro 6 mesh

Hi, I've just purchased a Linksys Velop Micro 6 mesh kit with two nodes. I have full fibre with an ONT and for the life of me cannot get this kit to connect to the internet. Has anyone else encountered this? Any solutions please? Feeling particularly frustrated at present. I really thought this would be a plug and play.

@StephenSillitoe You need to supply information on what you have done, you would be advised to set up your system wan from velop to lan of sky and get going that way first!

Re: Linksys Velop Micro 6 mesh

I've tried plugging the Velop directly into the ONT. Didn't work.

I don't seem to be able to set the Sky router to bridge / pass through either.

Linksys ChatBot was, well, just as useless as every other ChatBot I've encountered. Nothing they suggested worked either.

when trying to access the Linksys router directly it just refused to accept the password that is on the bottom of the router. I tried five times. Got locked out. Had to reset it and use a code to get back in. Last time I photographed the password on the router label and then copy and pasted it just to make sure I hadn't typed it in incorrectly, still didn't work.

Im semi-technical at best. Bloody frustrated at what I thought was going to be easy but has wasted hours of my time and now I'm left with probably returning the Linksys kit.
