issues with speed dropping a packet loss

We've recently joined sky broadband for our new flat 

I've noticed our speeds are dropping quite massively, also when we're gaming we are also getting packet loss and high ping spikes

Is anyone able to advise?

Yes, been seeing the same thing with our connection out of the blue tonight, every 15 seconds or so, ping spike, high latency and not much responsiveness in games.
Been constantly resetting router to get our 5ghz back, but its not having that either.
