I want out of contract (6 months left)

Hello. I've posted a week ago that I keep having issues with internet drops(gaming, streaming, watching tv) which points out to a fault in the copper line. Tonight happened again only this time it took about 2 hours to be completely up and running. I have evidence with router logs, statistics page, me trying the router plugged into test socket by itself and still having issues. All the evidence is collected for the last month and all of them excluded any home wiring's /devices as the reason for the faults. Any idea to who I can address this either by email, phone or any other   contact form. I don't want to continue pay for a service that Sky can't provide.
I would really appreciate it if someone could point me in the right direction.  Thank you.

@Laurentiu+Eduard Did you do anything regarding the high noise margin on the line? Call sky have them get an Engineer to look, run a test on the line etc? All is relevant from your last posting that you did.

You can leave sky at anytime you wish, there is zero stopping it from happening, if you have a faulty line that will just go with you to whoever is your next ISP! sky will tell you if needed what your penalty charge will be, or work it out for yourself!

Re: I want out of contract (6 months left)

Spoke with sky, all they said the line looks fine  when they test it which doesn't help me. And like other people told me here there's  not much I can do or sky itself can do because  OpenReach won't bother with fixing any issues regarding the copper lines. I know I can get out of contract but i want to get out without any charges, since Sky can't provide the service(not their fault entirely) which im paying it for but they rely on OR infrastructure which is outdated and not reliable. Nonetheless ill have to give them a call back on monday and see what I can do.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

@Laurentiu+Eduard actually where Openreach cannot maintain the handback/guarantee speed for a line Sky  will normally allow customers to leave without penalty.easiest way to ask is to register a complaint How to make a Sky complaint | Sky Help | Sky.com
