Limited internet connection

Following switching off the power to my house, when the sky router restarted for some reason the only devices that have reconnected are my Amazon echo and my ring cameras. My sky q box and all computers and phones in the house are showing no internet available on the sky WiFi. The router itself is showing fully working 3 green lights. Am stumped!!

Since posting I found a phone number for Sky technical help (this system won't let me forward it!). I was connected very quickly and a nice chap sorted it. The solution was to press the reset button on the back of my Sky Home Hub for ten seconds. The router slowly set itself up, be patient. If you have SkyQ you will need to reconnect that. Good luck.

Internet is awful here in Bedfordshire. I am writing this on 5g. Internet is either terribly slow or non- existent. All tests show normal. No idea what to do.
