We have contacted sky via phone however we have not heard anything back as of yet nor had any improvement on the issue yet. Basically we have Power light on, Internet light on and Wifi light on but Voice light is off completely and we dont have a landline anyway and the app is saying all is good however we literally have no internet and have tried resetting and unplugging and nothing

We are experiencing the same issue. WiFi router box showing correct lights and Sky broadband and WiFi test suggesting connected but no internet on any devices - Sky Glass / Alexa / mobile phone / iPads etc.

Yep, just tried unplugging and hard resetting once again and still nothing nor anything from Sky.
