Ive had a problem with internet going off for 2&half years ive had 5 routers 3 sockets and new wireing in the house and a booster ! Sky keep saying its wifi fault but wjen it goes off tv says your connected to router but no internet and cctv cameras freeze and dbs is 0.0 and wifi signal still shows !! Ive done loads of speed tests and speed keeps dropping if you keep testing every minute 18 - 47 ish thats why they cant see it there end but they just wont listen to me !!! Ive sent pictures of tv saying connect to router but no internet connection but all i keep getting is its your wifi probable too many devices !!! ( but ive turned everything off apart from phone and sky and its still the same ) reply its your wifi !! They reAly havent got a clue !! My father passed away last year so i closed his acount because they wouldnt give me any discount or replace q box as thats the only thing that hasnt been changed ! I opened my account with same email and they also reopend my fathers account ! I sent there equipment back in prepaid box they sent 8 days later called me saying there going to charge me for not returning ! I replied ive still got reciept ! 2 days later email saying its with courier on way back !!! Just jockers trying to rip me off !!! Soon as its scaned at post office they know !! Then 2 months later they send another box to return equipment lol and email saying i owe £238 even after several emails saying account was closed

Sounds like a terrible experience, have you ever considered that Sky may be not the best ISP for you? 😉

My internet keeps dropping off intermittent I've had open reach out 3 times in August but still the same it's becoming a joke now as I've had this problem for over 2 and half years now' I had one sensible manager at sky that put my line on test while he was on holiday for a week and told me that my line had dropped 13 times then he passed me to someone else then they just kept saying it's my WiFi! But I replied it's not I have screen shots saying I'm connected to my WiFi but not internet!!! I'm really getting p---- off now I even tried Vodafone 910 full fibre but that went off the second day for 1 and half hour!!! And the fastest speed I had was 320 !! So I keep telling sky it must be at the start of the connection but they won't listen
