Lied to by one of your technicians

You've been overcharging me for broadband for a considerable time, I spoke with one of your customer care people earlier who agreed and reconfirmed multie

times that he would reduce my bill by £10 a month - I've just had a new contract through which doesn't once mention it.

im seriously considering changing providers
