Lenovo m10 tablet won't connect

My daughter has a Lenovo m10 tablet that's I've been trying to connect to my new broadband, my son also has a Lenovo tablet his has connected fine however my daughters won't connect to the sky wifi, I have reset the tablet reset the router but still I can't get it to connect has anyone else has this issue and how did you solve it Tia
