I left sky broadband and switched to BT. BT are going to pay my final bill for sky ( early termination charges ) but sky have not issued me with a FINAL bill as they don't produce them 🤯 how do I go about this 🤯

@Claire91 you will have to find what proof BT will accept but you should be able to find the Contract Cancellation charge detailed on your bills you can find in the My Sky app or section of Sky.com web site.
