Ive been told the only step they are able to give now is an engineer visit. Since Tuesday Ive waited for an engineer to contact to just set up a date to come over. Is it normal to wait that long?
I see via their terms after 2 days of sky not fixing the issue i get £8 per day. Im at £16 just now..
Im in Exmouth Devon..
