Just upgraded my broadband to broadband superfast - had the engineer out last week - ever since then I have had a lot of buffering and dropping out - Sky say they are doing checks which I dont believe they are doing all day long and I never had a problem with the internet until the upgraded it. Not only that they said I could have at £32 a month then check the bill and they are charging £37 a month and then an additional boost for £3 after that - complained and they said cannot amend will have to arrange a one off credit - cannot believe that they cannot press a button and amend the bill - sick of getting fobbed off. Been a customer for 20+ years and now I think its time for me to move to someone else. I am also not getting the speeds they say I should get in fact its worse and working from home I need the internet to be reliable - anyone else had issues??
