My laptop which I always use will not connect to the WiFi. My Sky app is saying that there is not a problem with the WiFi. I am not sure why my laptop won't connect to the WiFi when it is always connected and left at home. Thank you.
Is the laptop a personal one or work provided one? Has it had any updates recently? Have you changed any form of your setup with your laptop or router/network
