I got in touch with you last weekend as my landline isn't working, they tested the line and said it was outside, and an engineer was coming to sort it. Could you please sort this as im an old age pensioner and I've got health problems and I really need my phone. When I go on my mobile to phone it says no network. So I'm very worried I've got no contact with anyone.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreWe are customers here like you. Sky will have passed this to Openreach to investigate and fix. They normally aim to repair in 3-5 working days but depends where and what the fault is.
