Lagging

They is no connection up stairs wire so ever for the computer or phones everything keeps lagging

The WiFi is running slow in all area of my house at night time

We have problem too - tv working but trying to use web connection and can't get in then can then goes off again and freezing on phones on web. Must be something going on. Need help as so frustrating and same for others in house to.

I'm new to sky too as was on virgin I heard so much about sky that's it's so good but all I'm experiencing is not connecting then does then keeps going round and round on tv 

phones just keep disconnecting going on 4g 

well I hope you get yrs resolved

Why do I need WiFi max for it to just work on my devices 

Ive asked for a booster box but they saying ive to up my package to max so cost more

@Dons15 That is correct, when you never bought it at the time you ordered, it's an optional addon payment to get!
