Wi Fi Issues

i have recently had wi fi installed in my house.  the speed is very poor and very changeable.  At best i get 14 mbps and often it is less than 1 mbps.

the installtion of the line from outside into the house has also been done incredibly poorly with exposed inner cables and very untidy.

@TomH224 If you are not satisfied how the installation was carried out and checked, then you need to call sky and report it that way!
