Lack of internet connection

Hi for the past three days I ve been having issues with my internet connection. The app says that everything looks good but the sky box says there is no internet connection! Work laptops and phones are also not connected online. I have turned the router off and turned back on and that has not helped! I have taken pictures of the sky box message is fine
