Since yesterday, every 30 minutes I lose broadband connection and the LOS light goes red.
Even when this light is red the broadband check on Sky.com says everything is OK.
Zero option for getting help, I cannot seem to find a number, virtual chat goes round in circles, extremely frustrating.
I've ordered a change of provider to Plusnet, I have a cooling off period. So if Sky can fix this and convince me to stay in that time.....
I appreciate LOS is probably down to Openreach, but how on earth do I even report it if sky support gives me no option as it thinks my broadband is fine?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you have already ordered a change of provider then there is little Sky will be able to do as the system wont let them book an engineer to come and sort your fault. The number to call Sky is the 03 number at the bottom of https://sky.com/help under the 'Need more help?' banner

They have lost a customer of 14 years.
The number should be far more apparent, but this morning when I called it, I was transferred 7 times till I got to a person on the correct team.
Only to be told what you are telling me after being told I needed a new hub.
Though according to the engineer my hub has been constantly connected for 2 months
Sky have had their chance.
