Been a sky customer for 2 years never had an issue until movin home 4 months ago since moving We have noticed a drop in wifi connection no signal can't receive calls or call out takes a while can't hear anyone on the other end / I am on super fast broadband also which I don't see why I am paying this now because of wifi is not working box light is showing red flashing

Non of the above working telling me I could have more connection to the box says the problem looks like it's outside not inside engineer been booked but this was 2 days ago still having issues wifi flashing amber continuously
