LOS light is red

Los light on open reach box is red and has been for hours. Tried everything and all the steps provided, but nothing has worked. 
Im guessing an external issue but I've only just had the fiber installed so not sure.

@Ali161 Only just, what timescale like today? The LOS is not a good one to have, may need an OR Engineer or CF if CityFibre depending as you do not say who. Call sky tomorrow 8am - 8pm if it will not clear and seek assistance for it! The service checker may indicate if it is a know fault so worth a check over mobile data.

 

If you haven’t done it already use the below link to check to see if there are any broadband problems or outages nearby if enough time has passed for a fault condition to displayed by the software test! This should determine if there's an identified fault affecting multiple households.

@ayesha4395 @TheGame82 @Ali161 Looking like the system may now be pulled down for Essential maintenance, that normally starts from midnight to return back too service by 7am!

Mine is red too, no internet - happened about 10 minutes ago. Service check says everything fine.

Same for me. Service check is fine, red light on LOS on my Openreach box that my Sky Broadband router is connected to and no Internet. Can't watch any TV as I have Sky Stream.

Yeah everything was fine for me I doubt it's an internal or external problem as I literally had an engineer install my fiber package 2days ago so must be a maintenance issue
