Hi,
My Sky / SIRO internet is currently down. The LOS light is flashing red on my SIRO wall box.
The LAN light is rapidly flashing green while the power light is solid green.
As I work from home, broadband disconnection is a serious issue for me.

Remove all the full stops

Thanks @cookiemonsteruk , that number doesn't seem to be working for me.
I can't find an alternative number to contact. I've also used the chatbot but no help their either.
Any other ideas?

Unfortunately WFH doesn't make a connection any more robust or generate a quicker response.
LOS is typically an external fault: you can try reseating the incoming fibre cable, powercycling the ONT and restarting the Hub, but that's about it. Beyond that only investigation by the network maintainer is likely to be useful, and that has to be booked by the ISP.
