The LOS light is red and I'm getting message from Sky that all my home devices are off. How can I fix it?

@Weronika29 If the service checker does not indicate that it is an area fault, or sky do NOT know about it, LOS red means that your Fibre connection from Home to Exchange is down. Only the call to sky can get it moving for you nothing else.
