LAN light regularly goes off on ONT Box

Hello 

I am regularly having to restart my ONT box on the wall of the property. 

This is because the LAN light goes off and not flashing and only has two lights on it. 

Any ideas why this light goes out and is requiring a restart. 

Once restarted everything comes back on normal.
