i need to rearrange my broadband intallation as we wont be in

You should be able to re schedule the appointment to a future date using your my sky app in the my orders section

@EllenCollum123  You can't request this through a public forum, have you looked at your order tracking?  Is there an option to do this?

 

Is there more than 24 hours before the appointment?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
