Kidslox

Hi, we've just switched to Sky BB and my question is about Kidslox. It worked well on BT BB  but we are having problems using it with Sky.  It is failing to work/activate on 2 ipads - any ideas please?

(Kidslox allows you to monitor and restrict children's usage at the flick of a switch)

@1sprout1

I don't recall any previous posts about that particular product.

Kidslox do say they require VPN access, which may be an issue

As an experiment, I'd suggest removing the Sky Broadband Shield control (i.e. set it to unrestricted) which seems counter-intuitive but is worth a try.

Re: Kidslox

@Markb4  I've asked my son.  It worked fine with BT BB, it's just since he switched to Sky.

Re: Kidslox

Hi All,

Quick update I've contacted Kidslox and they believe that the following domains need to be added to their whitelist:

kidslox.com

kdlparentalcontrol.com

vpn.kidslox.com

vpn.kdlparentalcontrol.com

@Skybroadband please help?

That's a (rather unfortunate) subscribers forum user name, not a way to flag Sky support.

There's an email address displayed in Step 2 here which may be relevant:
