Disappointed on the first day

Got sky broadband because the building doesn't allow any other ISP. Just a 2 bed apartment but had to set up the router in the sitting room because the socket's there only. Now it doesn't cover half of the flat including the 2bedrooms.

What can be done to solve this?

( I did want the £7/ monthly for the advanced hardware option but the lady said it wasn't compatible with my line)

 

 

And the app is awful to say the least. Can't adjust the parental control. Doesn't work in browsers as well.

 

quite an underwhelming experience.

You should be able to take out broadband boost or WiFi max which will entitle you to free boosters to cover your home.
