Most times when I switch on Sky I have no sound, even when I go through a process that I've had to work out for myself to bring back the sound.
And on occasion after getting reconnected I sometimes still lose the sound and have to go through the same ritual , like starting all over again. Very frustrating and needs to be resolved please.
