Keep loosing internet

Hi, why does my broadband keep loosing the internet? The router has all four lights on but when I try to load another page it says the address cannot be reached. It happens mainly at night but sometimes during the day. I then have to switch off the router at the mains and wait a few minutes before reconnecting and wait for it to connect again and this seems to work for a while. I'm on supernatural broadband with a download of 29mbs.

Yes I still need help with my broadband keep loosing the internet. Not able to reach the address. The only way is for me to completely disconnect router wait a while and then reconnect. This happens any time of day and night, and more frequently now.
