The past three days the broadband keep dropping out. I reset the router each time. This works for a few hours and then it drops out again. Others have a similar issue.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

Hello there
I've done that. Four times. This started yesterday and continues every few hours including today. I have to reset the router each time.
The app says there is nothing wrong. Except when I go to it during the router outage. Then it says Sky is having "technical difficulties".

Keeps happening to us too. Following the steps provided online to fix it does nothing every time. Monthly subscription has gone up a lot recently too. Time to switch provider I think.

Mine is exactly the same as others

I'm having same issue as my internet drops then comes back on and I'm paying so much for it and I'm think going somewhere else if this continues

Yes. Exactly the same. They even sent me a new router today and it's still doing exactly the same. Orange light comes on, no WiFi but all the diagnostics say it's fine.

Same here, internet fails, hub flashes Green, goes to steady red then flashes Green again. Help guides do not fix it. Resets in around an hour, happened twice today, once yesterday etc. How do you contact Sky to fix it. Can no longer work from home. Cancel Sky and return to BT?????

Mine has been the same since yesterday evening, loses connection every 10-15 minutes. Rang sky to be told no issues but I find it funny how so many people are having the same issue so must be a fault their end. So frustrating when trying to work from home

Same problem here. Nothing changes rubbish service every single time no matter how much more you pay. Broadband drops every 15-30 min. Did the useless steps on the problem solving page, unplugged everything, turned off from mains and still the same problem and no satellite signal on top of that. Service checker says everything OK. Absolutely disgusting...

Everyone is pretty much saying the same thing. Sky broadband no longer any good; ridiculously expensive and time to quit. So any thoughts on who we should all switch to for best reliability and value for money?

Forum members are customers but some of us know a fair anount about how these things work so if you post your hubs stats in a new thread with a few details of the symptoms we can probably tell you what is wrong see Find your Sky Broadband router statistics

As the original poster I am now giving an update.
The Wi-Fi does keep dropping but the router has stopped going off and on for now. I have done nothing and spoken to no one from Sky. I presume they have either looked into my account or fixed the issue.
it's still a little glitchy on the tv. But I've not had to reset the router for a half a day now.
