Keep loosing Sky signal on our TVs
We are constantley loosing the WiFi signal to our TVs and Lap Tops.
I have checked the service to this area and it says its fine. This has been happening for over a week and started when Openreach came to fit new Fibre Broadband but has not been able to do so due some equipment has not been fitted to the junction box outside. Engineers have been here 5 times now.
We are losing signal far to often.
Please get this fixed as I am not getting the service I pay over £100 a month for!
Thank you,
Ian Corner

Re: Keep loosing Sky signal on our TVs
@IanCorner you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum , I assume you have the old broadband connection as your new fibre connection is not yet live these delays in installing fibre do happen so you have been unlucky.
However the issue with video streaming is lijely to have little if anything to do with the delayed fibre provision as the most likely cause is a poor WiFi connection from your hub to the TVs and laptops. First question if the connection was working before is has the hub been moved? If it has that is likely to be the issue. If not what else has changed in your home? This is unlikely to be down to an issue with the feed Sky provide to your home.
