Keep disconnecting from online games.and the connection keeps messing up

My connection to Games and The Overall WiFi keeps messing up. Checking the recent Discussions It seems that I'm not the only one having Issues. Why am I paying for Internet that for the second time in Two Months for Several Days is not doing what I am paying for? This makes me consider if I should use a new provider that I can actually rely on. Suspicious that both times My Internet has been Dodgy that it is near my Bill Date. Why am I being punished for not paying something that isn't Due Yet?

Sky would have no interest or benefit to make your broadband worse near your payment date, it makes no sense.

What router do you currently have and are any lights on it changing when you notice the WiFi issues?
