Broadband slow on app

Go on app to check speed and keeps saying the broadband is slow  done all the test in app but still there

Hi @Stevegreen 

If the service checker is identifying that you have a speed issue but isnt allowing you to book an engineer, you'll need to call Sky to try and get this sorted.
