Just switched from Virgin, wish I hadn't
Just switched from Virgin, everything worked fine, fast broadband, Wifi in home absolutely fine. Have a Deco MESH installed with no issues on Virgin. Had a period of parallel running, but now Virgin has been disabled, everyone is having issues wit latency. I am directly connected via Ethernet into the SKY HUB in my study, so I'm 'OK' but still notice some latency. I'm on the Fibre 150 package, which was similar to the one I had on Virgin. Any ides what I can do to improve the service?

I am currently on Virgin M125 and signed up to Sky 500 due for installation on 29th April.
Like yourself I also use my own router and have the Virgin router set to Modem mode.
May I ask if you using the Deco Mesh with Sky or the black router supplied by Sky for you Wi-Fi?
