Just had sky broadband put in but it doesn't work
Tested my connection on the app and says everythings fine but nothing connects

@Joe117 what do the lights on your Sky hub show see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start

@Joe117 try shutting down the hub for 60 minutes to reset the connection which should clear tbge fault if it doesnt give Sky a call.
