Hi you have just sent me an email saying that I am leaving you , but I am not have an engineer coming to my flat on 6th of August to upgrade my sky so please don't cut me off . Warmest regards Darren Robson

@dazrob1970 Sky cannot act on posts in this public forum. If you have had such a message it will be because some other isp is trying to take over your line. If you havent asked to switch it will be an error but if you want to stay with Sky give them a call pronto.
