Just changed to sky wifi 6 and ring 4 doorbell is showing as offline in the router. I have seen that changing the channel can make a difference, but the wifi 6 webpage will not allow settings like channels to be changed? There are 2 channels showing as 99% on channel 1 and 35% on channel 149.
Thanks in advance

You control the wifi Max system through the My Sky app as the web interface is only for information. Normally rebooting the hub will force it to find the least congested channel. If still stuck call Sky tomget a pod extender sent out you can plug in nearer the doorbell.

@Chrisee Please can you advise how I can get a pod extender? The Sky engineer advised that one would be sentas they did not have one for wifi 6, but it has not arrived yet and probably been forgotton?
Thanks

@Chrisee please can you send a link, so I can order a wireless extender pod?
Thanks

Personally when I changed from the old 4.2 hub to the max hub the first thing I did was to change the ssid and password to match the old hub, that way my ring devices all reconnected automatically

Ok thanks, luckily I got it connected maybe because I made it a trusted device, but I came from virgin

Recieved the Sky Hub 6 today and did exactly the same as you, everything worked perfectly except for Ring. Their support haven't a clue.

With a white Max Hub you may need to reduce the wireless security level from WPA3 to WPA2-PSK using the Hub settings in the My Sky app.
You can use the same settings to temporarily disable the 5Ghz WiFi band: remember to re-enable it afterwards if you do this.

Will give that a go! Thanks.

So the issue with my Ring is that it doesn't like the password, the changing of the security didn't work, just need to try the disabling of the 5ghz band.
I just realised that my Amazon smart plugs were not connecting and when I go into the Alexa app to troubleshoot, I get to the wifi password stage and that has the same problem.
Any ideas?
