Joining superfast
Hi
i currently can't get full fibre at my property but I'm hoping to have fibre lines installed soon. If I join a 24month contract on the superfast 80m would I be able to upgrade within the contract to full fibre once available without penalty?
thanks
jo

Re: Joining superfast
@Jokent The info is below, but you just never know so get it in writing. Lines for FF Full Fibre are OR/CF Openreach or CityFibre only, no one else....

@Jokent Yes, once it becomes available it's highly likely Sky will contact you offering the upgrade for no extra cost.

Re: Joining superfast
When full fibre suddenly became available at my address in August 2024 I was 6 months into a 24 months 80mb contract. I simply upgraded via the app to Ultrafast Plus 500 and it all went through. As long as you're not leaving Sky there won't be a termination fee.
