Joining sky broadband in new build flat

I have moved into a new build flat and when I try to get sky broadband it says I have to phone someone to tell them about my accessibility needs. I phoned and they helped me with my TV package, but he knew nothing about sky broadband. He verbally gave me a link to follow, but I was met with a page not found message. Any idea how I can get signed up to sky broadband?
