Hi,
I have been trying to stay connected to the network since Thursday 22/08/24. On Thursday the internet completely dropped for few hours then any attempts at staying connected would be horrendous. Over the past few days the connection remained off and on. I am both on wi-fi and ethernet connection. My router appears to be set up correctly and I've ran through all the checks during connection problems as well as when it was stable. How can I get this fixed as none of the help articles you provide fix it.
