My biggest problem is that when I have a zoom call the other person keeps dropping out. When I connect through my phone it is perfect.
The Internet does drop out occasionally, and when I do a Speedtest, it shows a lot of jitter

Find out more@Fintan2 biggest cause of jitter is wifi interference so either using a device connected by ethernet or improving the WiFi signal are the best solutions. You could try restarting the Sky hub as that should find the least congested wifi channel as that can help.
