Jasiczak slow Internet speed

It seems like my service is very slow or low, as streaming sites keep pausing, making very frustrating for my kids when watching

@Jasiczak81 check if the issue is a slow broadband tonthe hub by running the Service Checker and clicking on the broadband link see No connection or slow WiFi | Sky Help | Sky.com | Sky Help | Sky.com

 

If that is not yhe issue its likely to be poor WiFi in your home especially if you stream video. Sky will sell you an add-on https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max which can supply wifi extenders if they are required or you can buy your own kit.

I have tried all these things with no luck, so wanted sky to check my service
