It looks like you fo not have internet connection have
All devices working snd connected apart from tv. Can not access shy cinema ect

@Memene sounds like your TV has lost its network connection so check its settings. If it is a Sky Glass TV go into the start up and stanby settingsxand change them so the TV stays connected in standby which helps zvoud tgis issue on start up.
