Seems be issues no wifi as orange light

@Rob83x  The time you have posted is the time for maintence at some exchanges and they go down when the least amount of users are online.

time. 07:54 and still no internet. I tried all the instructions to reset my stuff to get back my internet and still showing WiFi working but no connection to the internet. And I am not on that area where  the working is! Im in Birmingham.

@Seb9  Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.


After the service checker completes and if it comes back green all good can you click on broadband to run an updated test please. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

I am in Ipswich, same issue! all neighbours have internet, my hub internet light is amber no i ternet since wenesday, sky engineer looked yesterday said its openreach matter, opernreach says sky fault, still no internet 48 h later 😡😡

This is the message after the I finished the test. And its saying " couple of days". That's a joke.

 

"There's an outage in your area

We're working on getting you back up and running. It usually takes a couple of days to fix things like this but might be sooner."

@Seb9  This is now in the hands of Openreach to fix the outage.

Can you tell me who need to tell the openreach to fixing the sky problem? Because I have the contract with the sky not with the openreach!
