Weak wifi

My WiFi has been really slow recently, I've got an extender too and it's still not working properly

I'm having exactly the same issue.  Feels like it started last weekend.  Sky's diagnostics shows no issue their end.  I've changed nothing in the house in terms of kit that draws on the wifi and the position of the router.
