@Iyad firstly run the Network Test in the Get Help menu in the Netflix app as that will tell you the WiFi speed the Firestick is getting. These sticks are small and shen plugged into the back of a TV which contains lots of metal which blocks WiFi signals tgey often struggle even in homes with decent WiFi where this happens use a short HDMI extender cable so the stick can be moved from behind the TV. If your home's wifi is flaky after doing thst consider if you need to get a booster or better a whole home wifi set up.
