Phone does not pick up sky wifi

My phone does not work with the sky wifi. It is so bad that i have to turn off the wifi in settings to be able to use the phone. It picks up wifi in other places. Other home devices like laptops are fine at home. It is just my iphone- sky wifi connection.

@Nicola121 I have had this fault myself inntge past. Tge fix thst worked for me was to tell the phone toforgetvthe connection then restart it so it fully reboots how you do that varies by model but an online search should get you the methid for your phone. Once fully restarted then add tge Sky Wifi connection from scratch.

thank you for thw reply. Unfortunately, there was no difference afterwards! Do you have any other suggestions?
