Issues with our broadband

We had some minor works completed by your engineer the other week and ever since he's completed his work we are encountering WiFi issues daily. Me and my wife work from home and the issue is becoming more frequent. We've both had to come off calls today due to no connectivity.

can we have someone attend to sort the problem please.

If you’re not already aware this is a customer helps customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services.

 

We obviously don't know what work was carried out. Just remember that Sky broadband being discussed here is a domestic service and you won't get a quicker service if you wfh.
