sky router not recieving updates

just had a letter from sky informing me that my router needs replacing i have looked everwhere on my sky and cannot find any link to point me in the right direction

Note that there's nothing to worry about and no particular hurry.

I think there should be a phone number on the letter, or it's 150 from a Sky landline.
