Issues with equipment delivery
I'm new to sky I had a delivery today of the equipment but failed to give to me asking me for a pin. I'm not sure what pin he is talking about can someone please help.

What equipment? Broadband equipment is usually delivered by royal mail trabked with no pin requirements that i am aware off
