Gigafast upgrade and new max hub issue

I have recently upgraded from the superfast 150 to gigafast and got the new max hub now the connection keeps dropping and the max speed I get is 90mbs my guaranteed speed is 600mbs. I contacted sky they said we will arrange a technician to get in touch ived heard nothing. Is annoying as I have sky glass so can't watch TV when it goes down. But Im certainly not paying a penny for it untill this is rectified.

That just guarantees Sky suspends service entirely with debt continuing to accrue.  While undoubtedly tempting, it's entirely counterproductive for the user and impacts a multibillion pound company not a jot.

It's continuing to pay for the product that you say isn't being delivered which gives you some leverage under consumer law.

Although you have a point you also forget I sign in to a contract with the company which is breaking it's own terms and conditions.

Paying for a service that I'm not receiving making me have the leverage if they want they can take me to court and see how that goes.
